Nice pics too.<br /><br />The IPA was dry hopped with Centennial hops. There are a total of 5 oz in that beer. I think that one turned out really tasty - nice and hoppy. But it is a little over-carbonated, something I've noticed lately when opening them up.<br /><br />I'm glad Mark shared those with you.
